We have some double passes for Push to give away.

It stars Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning as people with psychic powers who are on the run from a secret cabal. Filmed entirely on location with lots of funky special effects, Push opens on 10th of September.

Plans

Just to let you know, we are still looking for venues but we're picky because we want Prime to be something special. We have a particular idea and if you came to our last gig you'll have a good idea of what we're about: a safe space where we all get to go out and talk about games and movies and where we get to dance and drink and have fun.

So we're picky.

But in the meantime we've started a new facebook group where you can make comments, put up photos and participate in giveaways.

And we're working on a wordpress blog to feed in here (so that you'll only have to come here to find out what's going on). We're also hoping to get some guest bloggers to keep it all interesting.

Aftermath and giveaways!

We had such a great time at our first Prime and we're really glad that y'all came and had a ball too. Right now we are looking for a venue for september but for now we have some give aways to share.

Spread is Ashton Kutcher's latest film and is a comedy of error love story about a guy who makes his way by living off rich women who meets a girl who makes her way by living off rich men. After he gets mistaken as a rich guy, he has to decide whether he wants love or money. It looks like a lot of fun and it's also got Sebastian Stan (Kings, Gossip Girl) which adds another thumbs up!

Starring Ashton Kutcher, Spread (R18+) is a fresh, funny, and racy look at the trials and tribulations of sleeping your way into a life of privilege in Los Angeles.
Comic and karmic, the film is a sexy, modern day tale about a gorgeous guy who gives women what they want in order to live exactly as he likes... and ultimately pays a price for doing so.

We're Back!

Prime is back for July and we'll be bringing you updates as they happen. We're excited to be bringing you an event that's a little different, you know: for the geeks and by the geeks.

Atratus and myself (under one of my previous nick's Shenandoah) brought you the previous Prime events (and a bunch of clubs, and the Shades of Black Newsletter in the nineties) and we're joined this time by Stephen Dann (just google him *grin*).
